Returns & Exchanges

At COMMENSE, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided, or save the QR code for a package-free drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
